Please note all custom orders are final sale. We cannot refund or exchange. If you purchase an as-is case and there are issues with your order, please contact us at gongbangj22@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package with images of the issue and a return or exchange request. We will review your request and send you an RMA number for return or exchange if approved. Please include this number in your return.
Refund : We will refund once a product is received. The customer is responsible for paying shipping expenses.
Exchange : We will exchange once a product is received. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping expenses and GONGBANGJ will ship products at no additional cost. It cannot be exchanged or refunded with the same product as the initial purchase.

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS / WRONG ITEMS
We do our best to make sure your orders are well packaged and securely sealed. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email at gongbangj22@gmail.com along with a photo of the defective item within 7 days.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you received merchandise that has been damaged during transit, we’ll provide an exchange or refund. We do not cover shipping expenses.
ALLERGIC REACTION
In the case of an Allergic Reaction, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide the RMA Number and return products with RMA Number about initial purchase.
REFUND COUPON CODE
If the coupon code didn’t apply to online purchase we will refund the discounted amount of the price. Coupon codes cannot be used twice. Only refundable from the subtotal amount(excluding tax and shipping fees).
INTERNATIONAL RETURN
If you wish to return, please immediately contact us at gongbangj22@gmail.com. Upon receiving the returned item, we will offer return or exchange. Any duty charged by customs is the customer’s responsibility. GONGBANGJ will not reimburse the duty paid or charges created at the customs.
LOST / MISSING ITEMS
We do not cover the missing or lost items due to the delivery company.

If a delivery company returns a package to us due to an incorrect address given by a customer, the additional shipping charge will apply to deliver it to the correct address.
